The globalization of almost everything from languages, work and even studies bring a new paradigm for the professional seeking employment abroad.

Decades ago, CEO’s and financial top executives were positioned just a stone’s throw away from each other, now they are miles apart and it only seems closers with the use of computers. These high paid employees got to relocate or stay indefinitely in a country to work.

Why is this so? Transferring of operations and job abroad is not only a strategy of the developed capitalist but a fresh competitor for the world market jobs entered the international job’s arena with the advent of globalization.

Countries in the Asian continent like India, Hong Kong and China are on the top list of fast growing countries. Especially, China which surprises the financial industry of its sudden upsurge of its economy; the opening of this country to the world is a great business and tourist activity for China.

As consumers demand rises from cell phones to computers; the market has to expand its operations for a cheaper wage budget. And so as job vacancies are widening in countries besides USA; top executives from all over the world are hired to fill in vacancies.

In the past decades, the world’s financial center was USA. Yet, with these turn of events’ financial job or Executives job are opened in countries like Singapore, India, Hong Kong, South America and Eastern Europe.

The outsourcing of jobs from the technicians to CEO’s is very much a trend right now.

China is a really a fresh competitor of being a financial hub of the world. It is now a great employment source for most of its Asian counterparts. From its rich culture to beautiful architecture and it’s Great Wall. It has now become a comfortable target place for international job seekers.

China which became the latest location of the Olympic has opened its doors to international tourists.

Indeed a great place to work and to zillions of tourist activities.
