With increasing number of graduates yearly it can be difficult to find a work linked to your career if you have no good degree. But currently, even if an applicant has a good grade academically still employers are mostly prefer those who have already experience at work.

Work experience is a-must to accomplish today’s generation because employers can be just as meticulous in searching applicants who previously earned knowledge about the job since he or she can possibly contribute work productivity. Your CV will probably their basis to rank you first for an interview that is why; to see counting work experience and achievements is a greater chance to success.

If you are an Asian and do not want to spend much operating cost to go to farther countries, plenty of work in Asia offered by many reliable source, several of these are in the field of accounting, arts and entertainment, education ( preferably English teacher), Engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and so much more.

Apart from benefiting for your CV résumé’s additional information to show off to prospective employers; personally it can as well help you overcome undesirable traits of yours.

For example you have self-esteem, through work experience you have the chance to prevail over the said attitude buy meeting new people and likelihood to obtain close friends until you return to your own country.

At all times never fail to remember to only show positive sides of you towards other people. Because you can never avoid circumstances chiefly unlawful work harassment to happen whether employer to you nor workmates to you.

Consequently, it is more advantage if you prepare yourself to defend if so ever you might encounter such tormenting behaviors of other people. In reality, anywhere corner in a place there are always bad and good kind of people.

Language teacher is really a need in non-English speaking countries like in Europe or Asia. Recruiting agencies daily post their available positions for English language teachers. Like for example the Footprints Recruiting Agency which offers vacant positions every month for countries all over the world.

A Taiwan school offers these great deals with teachers. To mention a few- a supportive and comfortable work environment; a wide range teaching resources/library; a wonderful team of interesting and highly qualified colleagues; getting paid on time; resident visa/work permit are given. The school has the biggest Adult English programs in this country; with a total of 21 campuses in Taiwan; also this school has the largest English programs for children in this country; Japanese and Chinese classes in Taiwan pre-arrange by the school is also available; the possibility of teaching English for all ages is also a big possibility. And the big bonus is, the teachers hired have a temporary free accommodation on its arrival from the airport and teachers are picked up in the airport.

If you have a BA/BSc diploma of a four course in any discipline, a valid passport coming from U.K. U.S, South Africa, Canada, Ireland, Australia, must have an articulate and clear English speaking voice, you are willing to have at least a year of commitment in teaching in this school, you have a certificate in TESOL/TEFL is an advantage. Then you are very much qualified.

Opportunities like this are indeed very helpful for teachers who would like to broaden their experience and horizon on the teaching sector. A different and new teaching environment is a big plus to polish teacher’s ability.
